MIS-ROLLS /BILLET END-CUTS (RSOT)

Mis- Rolls are rejections produced when Billets are heated during the rolling process in a rolling mill. Billet End-Cuts are generated when a billet passes through rolls for thickness reduction and it falls off the production line and scrapped for re-use.

SS 410

SS 410 contains a minimum of 11.5% of Chromium, 0.75% of Nickel, 0 .04% of Phosphorus and 0.03% of Sulphur. It contains just enough Chromium to give corrosion resistance properties.
View

SS 304

SS 304 is the standard "18/8" stainless steel. It is the most versatile and widely used stainless steel, available in a wider range of products, forms, and finishes than any other.

SS 2205

SS 2205 is the most widely used duplex stainless-steel grade. It finds applications due to both excellent corrosion resistance and high strength.
View

SS 316

SS 316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing grade and contains a higher percentage of Molybdenum and Nickel than 55 304. It contains a minimum of 2% of Molybdenum and 10% - 14% of Nickel.

SS 316L

SS 316L is the low carbon version of SS 316 and is immune from sensitization (grain boundary carbide precipitation). Thus, it is extensively used in heavy gauge welded components (over 6mm).
